Cererea de acreditare va fi însoţită de o copie după legitimaţia de presă avizată pe anul în curs. Documentele de acreditare vor fi înaintate Compartimentului de Relaţii Publice şi Mass-Media din cadrul Penitenciarului Spital Târgu Ocna.
