Project title: SHARE Financing program: Fund for bilateral relations at the level of the "Justice" Programme related to the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014-2021 Budget: 1.320.000 de euro Project implementation period: 11.07.2024 - 30.04.2025 General objective: The primary objective of this funding is to strengthen bilateral relations between entities from donor countries and beneficiary countries, fostering the creation of professional networks, facilitating exchanges of good practices, and enabling the transfer of knowledge and experience. Specific objectives include:
  • improving the social reintegration activities by implementing specific programs, such as a daily program for a seamless transition to normality.
  • another goal is enhancing human resources activities by implementing a motivation program for the staff.
  • additionally, delivering in-depth training for prison staff is crucial to properly implement the Norwegian principles.
  • developing a long-term collaboration framework is expected to enhance the professional development of staff.
